TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HUNTERS STAGE COMBAT

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining Hunters Stage Combat (the "Club"). By joining the Club, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Safety

1.1 The safety of our members is our top priority. You must follow all safety instructions and guidelines given by our instructors at all times. Failure to do so may result in injury to yourself or others.

1.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove any member who poses a danger to themselves or others.

1.3 Bullying, hate speech, racism, or sexism will not be tolerated in the Club. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in such behavior.

1. Refunds and Cancellations

2.1 We have a no refund policy for classes that have been booked and not attended. If you cannot attend a booked class, please notify us as soon as possible.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel classes due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control or if our instructors are unavailable. In such cases, we will refund your payment.

2.3 Pack Membership is non-refundable.

1. Participation and Risk

3.1 Participation in stage combat is a physical and contact sport/activity. By participating in the Club, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved and participate at your own risk.

3.2 You must have adequate insurance cover in place to participate in the Club.

3.3 We will not ask you to do anything our instructors have not done themselves or deem unsafe. However, you acknowledge that accidents may occur during training and we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.

1. Club Membership

4.1 Membership to the Club is open to anyone who is willing to learn and grow in terms of skill and as a person.

4.2 You must respect the staff and other members of the Club at all times.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse membership or to revoke membership of any member who violates these terms and conditions.

4.4 If you wish to become a Pack Member, please join our Members Page. Upon payment, you will be contacted with special offers and news.

4.5 Pack Members will have access to discounted rates for classes, access to our fight crew when doing stage combat, access to our HEMA Club discounts on one of our trusted retailers, fixed prices for the whole year of your subscription, and other discounts when hiring our staff or equipment for your own projects.

4.6 Pack Membership will last for one year from the date of payment and is non-transferable.

1. Wolf Cub Club

5.1 The Wolf Cub Club is open to children aged between 10 and 17 years old.

5.2 Wolf Cub Club Members must be dropped off and picked up by a guardian.

5.3 Wolf Cub Club Members must not wander the premises unsupervised.

5.4 Wolf Cub Club Members understand and accept that they will not handle any weapons or equipment unsupervised.

1. General

6.1 These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. We will notify members of any changes.

6.2 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By joining the Club, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
